Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced Salesforce solutions with integrated AI capabilities
- Drive AI innovation by evaluating and implementing frameworks, tools, and models within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Provide hands-on development, perform code reviews, and ensure best practices for scalability and maintainability
- Mentor and guide development teams, fostering technical excellence and continuous learning
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business needs into AI-powered solutions
- Stay up to date with Salesforce AI offerings (e.g., Einstein AI, Agentforce) and evolving AI/ML trends
- Promote AI-driven automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent workflows
- Ensure high-quality deliverables through testing, documentation, and adherence to governance standards
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Visualforce, APIs)
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead with strong ownership of technical delivery and team mentorship
- Solid foundation and interest in AI/ML concepts, tools, or frameworks
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design scalable and intelligent solutions
