What You’ll Do

  • Manage a Salesforce environment, including system updates, enhancements, and new functionalities to support business reporting and compliance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Customize and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud to meet evolving business needs.
  • Maintain and update comprehensive documentation on Salesforce processes and compliance controls.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews of Salesforce configurations and user roles to ensure compliance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
  • Ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce platform.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users.
  • Manage integrations and installed packages, including HubSpot, Chargebee, Zendesk, and Gong.
  • Oversee duplicate management, data loads, and automation enhancements.
  • Continuously improve automation workflows and processes.
  • Maintain a strong focus on optimizing the end-user experience.

What You’ll Bring

  • A minimum of 5 years as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, data management, and automation best practices.
  • Experience with third-party integrations and installed packages.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
