Responsibilities
- Serve customers as a Senior Consultant, owning functional delivery and execution
- Provide industry best practices and act as a trusted client advisor
- Leverage Salesforce and/or Amazon platforms (e.g., Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Knowledge, Amazon Connect)
- Translate business requirements into scalable solution designs and configurations
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation on long-term customer engagements
- Lead requirements gathering and act as the Salesforce and/or Amazon platform expert
- Own client and team onboarding activities
- Partner with customers to define and manage the Backlog
- Define User Personas
- Write and groom User Stories
- Decompose User Stories into actionable Tasks
- Lead 3–4 managed services engagements concurrently, supported by global delivery teams
- Track budget consumption, monitor timeline and resource staffing per contract
- Own engagement status, risks, issues, and client communication
- Perform routine and complex Salesforce configuration and enhancements
- Work together with the Delivery Owner towards client satisfaction
- Coach and mentor junior functional and technical team members
- Stay current on new Salesforce and Amazon capabilities
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience solving complex use cases utilizing the breadth of the Salesforce Platform
- Significant business process, technical consulting, or enterprise architecture experience
- Solid understanding of the full Salesforce Platform and its architecture; understanding of Amazon products is a plus
- Willing and able learner of new technologies
- Strong written and oral communication
- Client-facing experience in the following areas: Project Management/Ownership, Discovery and Design, and Delivering Solution Options to Customers
- Experience writing user stories with estimation/sizing and release planning
- Certified Salesforce.com Admin with either Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certifications
- Any additional Salesforce Certifications or accreditations are a plus, preferably AI Specialist, Community Cloud, Field Service Lightning Consultant, CPQ Specialist

Pay
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The following annual salary ranges apply for this role:
- California: $94,400 to $266,300 USD
- Cleveland: $87,400 to $213,000 USD
- Colorado: $94,400 to $230,000 USD
- District of Columbia: $100,500 to $245,000 USD
- Illinois: $87,400 to $230,000 USD
- Maryland: $94,400 to $230,000 USD
- Massachusetts: $94,400 to $245,000 USD
- Minnesota: $94,400 to $230,000 USD
- New York / New Jersey: $87,400 to $266,300 USD
- Washington: $100,500 to $245,000 USD
Schedule
- Remote & In-Person: Flexible work options, including remote and in-person at HQ in Massachusetts or regional hubs
- Travel: Up to 25% travel may be required for certain roles
