About the role
NTT DATA is seeking a motivated, results-driven Salesforce Specialty Seller to help expand our Salesforce and MuleSoft services business across North America. This is an opportunity for a sales professional who thrives in a remote-first environment and enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities, and winning new business.
Responsibilities
- Drive net-new business development focused on Salesforce and MuleSoft consulting services.
- Build and execute territory plans designed to generate pipeline and revenue growth.
- Possess strong prospecting and business development capabilities.
- Position NTT DATA's Salesforce, MuleSoft, managed services, and consulting capabilities to address client needs.
- Lead opportunities throughout the full sales lifecycle—from qualification through contract execution.
- Partner virtually with cross-functional teams across North America to develop winning solutions and proposals.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and opportunity tracking within CRM tools.
- Exceed quarterly and annual sales performance objectives.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience selling Salesforce, MuleSoft digital transformation services.
- 3+ years of experience selling technology, SaaS, consulting, or IT services solutions.
- 2+ years of developing new business opportunities and managing a sales pipeline.
- 2+ years of experience engaging executive-level stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience selling Salesforce, MuleSoft, CRM, cloud, or digital transformation services.
- Experience working for a consulting firm, systems integrator, or professional services organization.
- Strong prospecting and business development capabilities.
- Consultative selling and solution-based sales experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a remote, geographically dispersed team environment.
- Experience leveraging virtual selling tools and digital engagement strategies to build pipeline.
