Provide expertise to project stakeholders and teams on Salesforce capabilities, with a focus on CPQ, Experience Cloud, and Core Salesforce.
Define standards for development, deployment, and maintenance to optimize performance and integration with other systems.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical technical solutions.
Serve as a primary contact for project stakeholders, aligning on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Facilitate regular reviews with stakeholders to assess solution effectiveness and adapt based on feedback.
Project Implementation and Oversight
Manage the full implementation of Salesforce solutions, including configurations, customizations, and integrations across CPQ, Experience Cloud, and Core Salesforce.
Collaborate with project teams to achieve timely, budget-compliant project delivery.
Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
Innovation and Optimization
Stay current with Salesforce updates, particularly within CPQ, Experience Cloud, and industry developments, proactively suggesting improvements.
Continuously evaluate project progress, adapting technical approaches as necessary to maximize solution effectiveness.
