Salesforce Solution Architect, ITSM

For our client, we are seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect, ITSM to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will guide clients through the design and delivery of Salesforce-based service management solutions that align with business goals and operational needs. The position blends solution architecture, client advisory, and hands-on technical planning across service delivery and customer experience use cases. You will partner closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable, low-code solutions with strong user experience. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually Responsibilities Provide industry best practices and serve as a trusted client advisor Facilitate business process reviews to identify customer requirements Translate customer needs into Salesforce design with minimal custom development Leverage Salesforce technologies such as ITSM, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud Develop technical requirements for customers and the technical delivery team Drive best-practice UX design in solution delivery Manage all project aspects and customer communications Oversee successful completion of projects and provide end-user training Qualifications 5+ years of Salesforce project delivery experience, focused on Service Cloud and Experience Cloud 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce 3+ years of experience with ITSM platforms, especially ServiceNow Expertise in ITSM/ITIL methodologies Skilled in designing Service Cloud solutions with Salesforce declarative configuration Ability to document technical requirements and understand solutions using Apex, VisualForce, and Lightning Web Components Experience leading multiple Salesforce project deployments and managing integrations with legacy systems Benefits Remote and in-person work options available Potential travel commitment of up to 25% for certain roles Flexible working culture accommodating personal commitments Encouragement of collaboration and feedback from all team members A fun workplace environment with celebrations of achievements and team events Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
