About the role
The Deloitte Customer team empowers organizations to build deeper relationships with customers, supporting their marketing, sales, and service organizations. Post-sales activities, including service, customer success, and professional services, are growing in importance due to their role in customer retention and expansion.
Responsibilities
- Identify business requirements
- Manage requirements
- Design functions
- Prototype designs
- Design processes (including scenario design and flow mapping)
- Test designs
- Train users
- Define support procedures
- Support implementations
Requirements
- 6+ years of consulting and Salesforce experience, including program and workshop design
- 2+ full life-cycle Salesforce implementations in at least two Salesforce clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud, and Financial Service Cloud
- Experience in Lightning (Aura and LWC)
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a technology field; or equivalent years of experience
- Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Qualifications
- Preferred Salesforce certifications
- Experience in one or more industries such as Financial Services, Life Sciences, Health Care, Manufacturing, Technology, Retail, or Media
- Experience presenting to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience implementing CRM platforms (SAP CRM, Oracle Sales Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics) or CPQ technologies (BigMachines, Apttus, Cameleon)
- Advanced degree in a relevant field
