Salesforce Senior Consultant, Functional Transformation

About the role

The Deloitte Customer team empowers organizations to build deeper relationships with customers, supporting their marketing, sales, and service organizations. Post-sales activities, including service, customer success, and professional services, are growing in importance due to their role in customer retention and expansion.

Responsibilities

• Identify business requirements
• Manage requirements
• Design functional solutions
• Create prototypes
• Design processes including scenario design and flow mapping
• Conduct testing
• Develop training materials
• Define support procedures
• Support implementations

Requirements

• 6+ years of consulting and Salesforce experience, including program and workshop design
• At least two full-life cycle Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Financial Service Cloud
• Experience in Lightning (Aura and LWC)
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a technology field; or equivalent experience
• Ability to travel 50% on average based on the nature of the work and client/industry sectors served
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Qualifications

• Preferred: Salesforce certifications
• Experience in one or more industries such as Financial Services, Life Sciences, Health Care, Manufacturing, Technology, Retail, or Media
• Experience presenting to technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience implementing CRM platforms (SAP CRM, Oracle Sales Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics) or CPQ technologies (BigMachines, Apttus, Cameleon)
• Advanced degree in a relevant field

Pay

The wage range for this role is $119,000 to $198,900, taking into account the wide range of factors that influence compensation decisions.

Schedule

The role requires flexibility and the ability to travel, with an average travel rate of 50%.
