Salesforce Senior Consultant, Functional Transformation

About the role

The Deloitte Customer team empowers organizations to build deeper relationships with customers, supporting their marketing, sales, and service organizations. Post-sales activities, including service, customer success, and professional services, are growing in importance due to their role in customer retention and expansion.

Responsibilities

• Identify business requirements
• Manage requirements
• Design functional solutions
• Create prototypes
• Design processes and scenarios
• Develop test plans
• Train users
• Define support procedures
• Support implementations

Requirements

• 6+ years of consulting and Salesforce experience, including program and workshop design
• At least two full-life cycle Salesforce implementations in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Financial Service Cloud
• Experience in Lightning (Aura and LWC)
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a technology field; or equivalent years of experience
• Ability to travel 50% on average based on the nature of the work and client/industry sectors served
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Qualifications

• Preferred: Salesforce certifications
• Experience in industries such as Financial Services, Life Sciences, Health Care, Manufacturing, Technology, Retail, or Media
• Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience implementing CRM platforms like SAP CRM, Oracle Sales Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics, or CPQ technologies like BigMachines, Apttus, Cameleon
• Advanced degree in a relevant field

Pay

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $119,000 to $198,900.
