About the role

Rootshell Enterprise Technologies Inc., a recognized provider of professional IT Consulting services in the US, is seeking a Salesforce Program Manager for one of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce platform initiatives (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.)
• Oversee program and project execution using Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
• Engage in stakeholder and executive management
• Handle budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning
• Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies
• Analyze and transform business processes
• Demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills

Requirements

• Strong Salesforce platform knowledge
• Program and project management expertise
