Work you'll do

As a Salesforce OmniStudio Technical Architect on the Deloitte Customer team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading end-to-end solution architecture and delivery for patient service experiences on Salesforce Health Cloud and OmniStudio.
  • Translating business and clinical service requirements into scalable OmniStudio designs (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures) aligned to Health Cloud capabilities and guardrails.
  • Defining the technical architecture and integration patterns across Salesforce and external systems (EHR/EMR, contact center, IVR, data platforms), ensuring performance, security, and compliance in regulated environments.
  • Leading technical design reviews, establishing development standards, and providing hands-on guidance to multi-disciplinary scrum teams through build, test, and deployment.
  • Configuring and optimizing Health Cloud features (including, as applicable, Care Management and Advanced Therapy Management) to enable patient intake, service workflows, and care coordination.
  • Designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and observability practices to improve release quality and speed.
  • Advising clients on platform best practices, estimation, and roadmap sequencing; resolving critical issues; and presenting solution options to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in consulting or industry delivering enterprise technology solutions.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience designing and building Salesforce OmniStudio components (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures).
  • 3+ years of experience implementing Salesforce Health Cloud patient service or care workflows.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred

  • Healthcare Life Sciences Industry experience.
  • Health Cloud advance therapy management (ATM).
  • Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, RUP, CI/CD, other).
  • Experience presenting to clients or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical).
