About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Salesforce Lead Developer with deep expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and the banking domain to design, build, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions for enterprise banking transformation programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce design and development (Apex, LWC, APIs).
- Implement Financial Services Cloud (FSC) solutions including customer 360, onboarding, KYC, and lending workflows.
- Build a unified customer data platform using Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud).
- Develop AI-powered solutions using Agentforce (Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, Einstein AI).
- Configure Omni-Channel routing and messaging (chat, voice, digital).
- Design scalable integrations and architecture across enterprise systems.
- Lead code reviews and delivery execution.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Lightning, and integrations (REST/SOAP).
- Mandatory experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
- Banking domain expertise (Retail, Lending, Customer onboarding, KYC).
- Experience with Salesforce Data 360 / Data Cloud.
- Experience with Agentforce (AI, Prompt Builder, Agent Builder, Einstein AI).
- Experience with Omni-Channel (routing, messaging, queues, agent capacity).
Preferred Qualifications
- MuleSoft or integration experience.
- CI/CD tools (Autorabit, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins).
- Salesforce security and compliance knowledge.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification.
- FSC Accredited Professional certification.
- Data Cloud or AI certifications.
Ideal Candidate
- FSC subject matter expert with a strong development background.
- Experience in banking digital transformation programs.
- Proven ability to lead teams and deliver hands-on solutions.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills.
Only candidates with Banking, FSC, hands-on Salesforce, and AI/Data experience will be considered. Immediate joiners or those with short notice periods are preferred.
