Salesforce Functional/Solution/Enterprise Architect

About the Role

Lead architect responsible for overall Discovery Design engagement. Owns target state solution architecture, operating model alignment, business-to-technology traceability, architecture governance, downstream ecosystem assessment, client shared platform impact analysis, executive design reviews, and final recommendation sign-off.

Drives cross work-stream alignment across process, data, integration, reporting, contact centre, and AI streams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Knowledge, Omni-Channel, Einstein, and Agentforce architecture initiatives.
• Drive enterprise architecture, CRM transformation, and operating model design.
• Facilitate process harmonization and architecture governance using TOGAF concepts.
• Assess integration architecture fundamentals and ensure alignment across large-scale transformation programs.

Requirements

• 12 years of CRM and Salesforce consulting experience.
• 5 years of solution architecture leadership in global transformation programs.
• Enterprise architecture thinking with large-scale Service Cloud design experience.
• Strong stakeholder management, operating model transformation, and architecture trade-off analysis.
• Roadmap planning and execution expertise.
