Salesforce Functional Lead

About the role

The client is seeking two experienced Salesforce Functional Leads to support a major Salesforce initiative integrating two business segments and B2C data into the corporate Salesforce instance. This role will focus primarily on Salesforce Service Cloud, with some exposure to Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Lead detailed design sessions, translating business requirements into functional solutions
• Create clear documentation of designs, processes, and flows
• Support testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training activities
• Partner closely with business stakeholders and technical teams

Requirements

• Strong Salesforce functional experience, particularly with Service Cloud
• Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Experience Cloud is a plus
• Proven ability to lead detailed design and requirements sessions
• Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills
• Experience documenting functional designs, workflows, and processes
• Experience supporting testing, UAT, and training
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
