About the role
The Salesforce Technical Solutions Architect will be responsible for working in a multi-channel, cross cloud Salesforce environment and needs to have a strong overall background in data architecture, integrations, consulting skills and multiple years of hands-on experience with Salesforce products.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Design scalable solutions and lead end-to-end architecture for complex business challenges.
- Develop Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate architectural decisions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and proactively identify problem statements with innovative solutions.
- Provide thought leadership and act as a technical subject matter expert for clients.
- Champion the adoption of reusable architecture assets to improve efficiency.
- Serve as a technical team leader to US based and international project teams.
- Able to efficiently manage several projects at one time.
- Able to demonstrate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Able to work independently, multi-task, allocate time appropriately and prioritize effectively.
- Produce blueprints and documentation to aid in the understanding of existing architecture solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience of relevant, client-facing experience
- Strong, hands-on experience in Salesforce Data Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Deep understanding of Apex, LWC, API integration patterns, OAuth, data modeling, and Salesforce security.
- Ability to create PoCs quickly and effectively.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- Experience with Mulesoft, AWS, or other integration platforms.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Git, Autorabit).
- Certified Application Architect / System Architect.
