Salesforce Enterprise Architect

Required Skills and Qualifications Strong experience as a Salesforce Enterprise Architect, Salesforce Solution Architect, or Salesforce Technical Architect in complex enterprise environments.Extensive experience with Salesforce CPQ and Field Service Lightning (FSL), including solution architecture, implementation, customization, and integration.Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce platform capabilities, and enterprise Salesforce architecture.Proven ability to engage directly with business stakeholders, including senior business leaders, and lead requirement discussions, workshops, and solution presentations.Excellent communication, interpersonal, stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.Ability to convert complex business requirements into scalable architecture, functional solution designs, technical specifications, and actionable development plans.Experience leading and mentoring Salesforce developers, consultants, technical leads, and cross-functional delivery teams.Strong knowledge of Salesforce integrations, APIs, middleware, data migration, security, and enterprise integration patterns.Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery, architecture governance, technical reviews, and end-to-end implementation.Ability to manage multiple priorities, influence decisions, resolve ambiguity, and drive solutions through successful delivery.
