Salesforce Developer - IV

About the role

Contribute as a squad member to design and implement products throughout the PDLC, including coding, testing, and documentation independently. Work with the Product Owner and Scrum Master in an Agile environment to improve velocity on product delivery. Collaborate with product owners and development team members to implement front-end POCs from concept to product delivery. Act as a cross-functional team player to augment squad needs as required. Contribute to the community of practice and proactively share knowledge with squad members.

Responsibilities

• Configure Custom Objects & Fields, Validation Rules, Flows, Approval Processes, Reports, and Dashboards.
• Design and create reusable packages for multi-org deployment to promote reuse and time-to-market.
• Develop and maintain a reusable component library.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and platforms like MuleSoft.
• Develop Apex code and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Implement Salesforce Flows and Process Automation using tools like Process Builder and Flow Builder.
• Optimize database schema for performance and scalability using SOQL and Data Modeling.
• Design custom Lightning pages and components using modern Salesforce UI frameworks.
• Migrate large datasets to Salesforce using tools like Data Loader or third-party solutions.
• Manage users, profiles, permission sets, OWD, roles, sharing rules, OAuth flows, and SSO.
• Build reports, dashboards, and analytical views aligned with business needs.
• Evaluate and implement third-party applications from Salesforce's AppExchange.
• Utilize Security Center and other Salesforce governance/admin/optimization tools.
• Manage code changes using Version Control and CI/CD tools for smooth deployments.
• Optimize code to avoid Salesforce governor limits and ensure clean, maintainable code through reviews and refactoring.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce technical implementation leveraging Service, Experience, Marketing, and Sales Cloud.
• 6+ years of expertise in configuring Salesforce modules (Contact/Accounts, Case Management, Interacting tagging).
• 4+ years of experience with Apex Development and integrating Salesforce with external systems.
• 3+ years of experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Flows and Process Automation.
• Strong understanding of automation tools like Process Builder, Flow Builder, and approval processes.
• Expertise in Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) and Data Modeling.
• Familiarity with integration platforms like MuleSoft.
• Experience with data migration tools like Data Loader or third-party solutions.
• Strong knowledge of user management, profiles, permission sets, OWD, roles, sharing rules, OAuth, and SSO.
• Experience with reporting/analytical tools such as CRMA, PowerBI, or Tableau (preferred).
• Experience in evaluating and implementing third-party AppExchange applications.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and Salesforce's DevOps lifecycle.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce governor limits and code optimization.
