About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide mentorship and career guidance to junior members of the team.

Requirements

  • A PhD in a relevant field with a minimum of 5 years of postdoctoral experience.
  • Proven track record of successful project management and leadership.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and ethical guidelines applicable to research activities.
  • Experience with grant writing and proposal development.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
