Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator & APEX Developer for a contract engagement within our IT department. In this role, you will focus on the daily management, troubleshooting, and bug-fixing of our Workforce solution built on Salesforce.

About the role

The ideal candidate will ensure system stability, resolve technical issues, and support our critical workforce operations. Confident knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including navigation, managing forms and field level security.

Responsibilities

• Daily management, troubleshooting, and bug-fixing of our solution built on Salesforce
• Design, configure, update, and maintain forms
• Configure, update, and maintain field level security and validations on forms
• APEX Development
• Manage profiles for users and service accounts
• Write and optimize SOQL queries for best performance, including handling cross-table queries
• Status reporting and requirements discovery with business stakeholders
