Salesforce Developer

About the role

This role involves supporting a project with a focus on Salesforce platform administration and development for a public sector entity dedicated to utilizing Salesforce solutions to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily administration and support for the organization's Salesforce-based workforce solution
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve production issues and system defects
• Design, configure, update, and maintain Salesforce forms and application functionality
• Configure and maintain field-level security, validation rules, and other platform configurations
• Develop and enhance Salesforce functionality using Apex and SOQL queries

Requirements

• Must reside in or near Oklahoma City, OK
• 5+ years experience with Salesforce Administration and platform configuration
• Hands-on experience with Apex Development
• Proficiency writing and optimizing SOQL queries
• Experience designing, configuring, updating, and maintaining Salesforce forms
