About the Opportunity:The SALESFORCE DEVELOPER / SOLUTION ARCHITECT role is responsible for designing and delivering scalable, secure Salesforce solutions integrated with enterprise systems. This position combines Salesforce expertise with broad technology skills to implement AI-driven development practices, enhance platform security and performance, and support application modernization, thereby significantly contributing to the organization’s technology innovation and healthcare impact. Responsibilities:Lead hands-on development and architecture for Salesforce and related enterprise applicationsDesign integrated solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, platform events, and asynchronous processesDefine API, integration, security, data, deployment, and non-functional architecture for platform robustnessIntegrate Salesforce with Java/.NET applications, databases, middleware, cloud services, and third-party platformsDevelop and deploy AI-powered solutions emphasizing responsible AI use and promote AI-Driven Development Lifecycle adoptionUtilize approved AI tools to enhance workflows, automate tasks, and support continuous improvementLead architecture reviews, technical design sessions, and code reviews to aid modernization and reduce technical debtEstablish reusable design patterns, development standards, CI/CD practices, and architecture guidelines Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent enterprise application development or architecture experience10+ years in enterprise application development or solution architecture5+ years hands-on Salesforce development and architecture experience including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, SOQL, security, and data modeling2+ years experience with AI-driven development lifecycle or AI-assisted engineeringExperience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Field Service, or Health CloudHands-on experience with Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, .NET/C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar technologiesKnowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture, batch processing, and enterprise integrationExperience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), including DevSecOps, containers, and release management tools Pay Range and Compensation Package:Salary range is $112,700 - $193,200 annually based on full-time employment and candidate qualifications Benefits & Perks:Comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) contributionIncentive and recognition programsEquity stock purchase Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
