Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud to unify customer data.
• Hands-on experience across at least one of these: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Experience Cloud (Community Cloud), or Marketing Cloud.
• Build and manage data ingestion pipelines from Salesforce and non-Salesforce sources (APIs, files, streaming sources).
• Configure and optimize Data Model Objects (DMOs), calculated insights, and data transformations.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce Data Cloud implementations, from discovery and impact assessment through design, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Design Data Cloud data models, ingestion pipelines, and data flows, ensuring scalability, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Implement identity resolution rules, match and reconciliation logic, and data harmonization strategies.
• Enable real-time and batch data activation to Salesforce clouds (Sales, Marketing).
• Develop integrations using Apex, Flow, MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and event-based architectures.
• Collaborate with technical architects and stakeholders to define data governance, security, and privacy controls.
• Monitor data quality, performance, and scalability; troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Participate in code reviews, solution design sessions, and release planning.
• Maintain technical documentation and best practices for Data Cloud implementations.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders during discovery workshops to define business-driven use cases and translate them into effective technical solutions.

Required Certifications

• Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer (at least one).
• Salesforce Data Cloud certification is highly desired.
