Salesforce Consultant, Change Management

For our client, we are seeking a Salesforce Consultant, Change Management to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will guide clients through digital and organizational change initiatives with a strong focus on user adoption, training, and stakeholder engagement. You will partner closely with customer teams and consulting colleagues to translate implementation plans into practical change strategies that improve adoption and project outcomes. The position also calls for quickly building technical fluency in Salesforce while helping ensure users feel informed, supported, and heard throughout the process. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually Responsibilities Develop change strategies for digital and organizational transformations Act as a champion of change on diverse customer projects Collaborate with clients on user adoption approaches Train clients on solution implementation and change management best practices Give users a voice in implementations through engagement with superusers Quickly learn new technical expertise, particularly on Salesforce Build strong relationships with clients, teams, and consulting partners Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Preferred experience in general management or software consulting Proven success in delivering change management work Experience leading client workshops and conducting business interviews Strong technical background with Salesforce products Benefits Remote and in-person work flexibility Opportunity for travel up to 25% for certain roles Flexible working hours to accommodate personal needs Culture of open communication and feedback Fun and celebratory work environment with team events Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
