Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce Health Cloud solutions using Apex, Triggers, Classes, LWC, Flows, and OmniStudio.
- Create Health Cloud applications from the ground up using both declarative and programmatic development approaches.
- Develop and enhance Lightning Web Components (LWC) to support business workflows and user experiences.
- Create complex Screen Flows and integrate them with Apex and OmniStudio components.
- Develop OmniStudio solutions, including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and OmniCards.
- Configure Salesforce objects, security models, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
- Design and develop REST and SOAP integrations with internal and third-party systems.
- Analyze system performance issues and implement performance improvements.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design reviews.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and development standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience on enterprise-scale platforms.
- Hands-on Salesforce Health Cloud development experience.
- Experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC) within Service Cloud or Health Cloud.
- Experience building solutions using Salesforce OmniStudio.
- Strong experience with Apex, Triggers, Classes, SOQL, SOSL, Flows, and Salesforce platform customization.
- Experience developing REST and SOAP-based integrations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data models, automation, and platform best practices.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Qualifications
- Salesforce Platform Developer II (PDII) Certification.
- Salesforce Health Cloud Certification or Health Cloud Superbadge.
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools such as Copado, Flosum, DevOps Center, Git, or Jenkins.
- Experience leading CI/CD strategy and release management processes.
- Experience with healthcare or life sciences organizations.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery, XML, and cloud technologies.
- Certified Implementation Specialist certification in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or related ServiceNow modules.
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and leading technical solution discussions.
