Salesforce Client Partner
Responsibilities
- Sources and closes opportunities from extensive network of Salesforce connections and relationships.
- Cross-sells and upsells into an existing book of business by building and maintaining client relationships.
- Conducts business reviews and pitches new projects to deliver business value.
- Works with Salesforce teams to develop and present solutions to customers.
- Produces and manages a healthy pipeline of 3X your monthly quota with accurate next steps and close dates.
- Maintains an accurate forecast of your business, reporting on Commit, Most Likely, and Best Case opportunities.
- Develops and maintains account plans, tiers accounts, and generates upsell pipeline.
- Pitches complex Salesforce architecture proposals to executive leadership.
Requirements
- AI-native mindset with experience using AI as a tool in both work and life.
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle Services or solution-selling sales.
- 2+ years of experience selling in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Experience selling to C-level executives at mid-market to enterprise-level companies.
- Expertise with a disciplined sales methodology such as MEDDIC/MEDDPIC, Sandler, or Spin.
Qualifications
- Professional Services experience at a Salesforce solution implementer.
- Track record of business value selling and quantifying impact/ROI in solutions.
- Strong technical aptitude or experience selling as a Solutions or Sales Engineer.
