Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions and gather business requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze and document requirements, user stories, and process flows.
• Work closely with Salesforce teams to deliver Service Cloud solutions aligned with business needs.
• Support Agile ceremonies, backlog prioritization, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Act as the liaison between business users and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud projects.
• Strong discovery and requirements elicitation skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
