About the Opportunity

The SALESFORCE BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR plays a critical role in bridging business needs and technical execution within a Salesforce-based state benefits system. This position ensures clear communication and accurate translation of requirements between client stakeholders and technical teams, supporting the ongoing analysis, validation, and resolution of application-related challenges.

Responsibilities

• Support a large and complex technical solution within a Salesforce development environment.
• Act as a primary liaison between business/client stakeholders and technical teams.
• Translate business needs into clearly defined requirements.
• Assist in analysis, validation, documentation, and resolution of application issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain process and application documentation, including use cases, solution design, workflow diagrams, reference guides, and user manuals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience as a Business Solution Analyst using analytical methodologies in IT projects.
• At least three years providing Business Analyst support for large, complex technical solutions.
• Minimum one year supporting a State Benefits system using Salesforce and Nintex DocGen.
• Experience as a primary liaison between client stakeholders and technical teams.
• Strong communication skills for gathering, documenting, analyzing, and validating business and technical requirements.
• Experience in data analysis and addressing application issues related to Salesforce.
• Experience developing and maintaining documentation for Salesforce applications.
• At least one active Salesforce certification.
