The Role: We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Architect, for a project based assignment, to lead the design, development, and optimization of our Salesforce platform. This individual will serve as both a strategic architect and hands-on engineer, partnering closely with the Salesforce Administrator and business stakeholders to drive platform enhancements, streamline processes, and support business growth. This is a highly visible role that requires strong technical expertise, architecture experience, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate is comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on configuration and development while helping establish long-term Salesforce best practices and governance. Key Responsibilities: Own the overall Salesforce architecture and platform strategyDesign and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectivesWork closely with the Salesforce Administrator on day-to-day platform enhancements and supportPartner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutionsLead Salesforce customization efforts including workflows, flows, automation, security, and data managementDevelop and maintain custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs when requiredEvaluate existing Salesforce processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and adoptionEstablish platform governance, development standards, and best practicesSupport integrations between Salesforce and third-party applicationsProvide technical leadership and mentorship to internal team membersCollaborate with a Business Analyst who will assist with requirements gathering, documentation, and project coordinationEnsure system scalability, performance, security, and long-term maintainability Requirements: 7+ years of Salesforce experience3+ years of Salesforce Architecture experienceStrong hands-on Salesforce configuration and development backgroundExperience designing and implementing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutionsExpertise with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service CloudExperience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIsStrong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing models, profiles, permission sets, and governanceExperience leading Salesforce platform strategy and roadmap discussionsAbility to work directly with business stakeholders and executive leadershipExcellent communication and documentation skills Nice to have: Salesforce Architect certificationsExperience with Experience CloudExperience integrating Salesforce with ERP, marketing automation, or other enterprise platformsExperience leading Salesforce transformation or modernization initiativesConsulting or client-facing experiencePrior experience supporting growing or fast-paced organizations Location: 3-4 days onsite in Roseville, Ca Employment type: ContractApplicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time Tech Holding is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
