Salesforce Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds including focus on Data Cloud, Einstein AI, and Agentforce.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs that align with best practices and enterprise architecture standards.
• Define data models, integration strategies, and AI-driven automation frameworks to enhance customer and agent experiences.
• Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and development teams to deliver innovative, user-centric Salesforce applications.
• Provide architectural guidance and governance for Salesforce development and configuration.
• Ensure system integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards and industry regulations.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce platform innovations and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Mentor and guide development teams on Salesforce best practices, including CI/CD, performance optimization, and data quality.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience working with the Salesforce platform.
• Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Customer Data Platform), Einstein AI, and Agentforce.
• Proven expertise in designing enterprise-grade Salesforce architecture including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data integration (MuleSoft, APIs), and real-time data streaming.
• Experience implementing AI-powered solutions using Einstein for automation, personalization, and predictive analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to architect intelligent agent experiences using Agentforce and related tools.
• Experience with SLC documentation for Quality Critical Applications.
• In depth technology for reasons behind technical decisions.
• Practical experience in release management, with Waterfall approach.
