Salesforce Administrator - Contract
About the role
Lessen is the tech-enabled, end-to-end property service provider transforming how commercial and residential real estate services are delivered and managed at scale. The Salesforce Administrator owns the Salesforce platform and all associated applications within the CRM. This role is a sales-focused contributor who leads the administration of our Salesforce instance, ensuring it is scalable, secure, and optimized to drive growth. The role requires a proactive problem-solver who can bridge the gap between complex business requirements and technical expertise. As a vital member of Lessen’s Revenue Operations Team, you will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Vendor Relations, and Operations to execute our growth plan.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end Salesforce user experience for the sales and account management organization through configuration, design, functionality, and end-user support of the Salesforce platform, including SalesCloud and MarketingCloud.
- Actively engage with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, proposing solutions that leverage Salesforce functionality.
- Translate approved solutions into actionable deliverables, ensuring high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency.
- Partner with organization leaders to document and manage the evolution of the overall Salesforce architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Legal to automate high-friction manual tasks, including the use of AI automation, emphasizing the reduction in clicks and redundancy.
- Manage the integration of applications connected to Salesforce.com, including ZoomInfo, Microsoft Teams, Sales Navigator, and more.
- Lead data governance initiatives that underpin reporting and sales forecasting, delivering a transparent and actionable view of global sales to the executive suite.
- Support the Enterprise Team (Sales Operations, Marketing, Solution Development, Operations) in cross-functional projects and strategic changes to systems and processes.
- Train sales and account management teams to utilize Salesforce and related tools through best practices, including the distribution of training materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience in a sales-focused environment.
- Advanced skills in Salesforce, including Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Experience working for a service provider or SaaS technology company strongly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, and efficiency software such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, Claude or similar AI tools, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CLM systems, and Salesforce DevOps tools.
Pay
$110,000 - $130,000 a year
