Responsibilities
Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce Experience Cloud, and core CRM instances.
- Configure workflows, reports, dashboards, fields, profiles, and user permissions.
- Provide user support, training, and documentation to ensure adoption and effective use of Salesforce systems.
- Support data integrity through regular audits, imports/exports, and duplicate management.
- Affiliate with IT, Sales, Marketing, and Digital teams to align business needs with system capabilities.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience administering Salesforce platforms, including configuration and user management.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science preferred. Will consider experience in lieu of degree.
- Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, security, and governance.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
