Essential Responsibilities
- Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to) page layouts and lightning pages, record types, approval processes, apps, and flow.
- Analyze requirements and translate into scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience.
- Support enterprise custom applications (HMA Foundation, Shareholder, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues and provide timely support.
- Offer knowledge/support to internal teams facilitating new user setup, data cleansing, reports/dashboards
Additional Responsibilities
- Remain informed of new Salesforce features and functionality and providing recommendations for process improvements.
- Perform special projects and other duties as required.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
- Experience working on Salesforce platform.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull objects.
- Must be knowledgeable of and comply with HMA's Client Privacy Policy, HIPAA regulations and E&O procedures and policies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 2-4 years Salesforce Experience. Knowledge of Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud preferred. Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.
