Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user management, security settings, profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchy.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, validation rules, flows, and custom objects.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Support sales and operational teams by identifying process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Manage data imports, exports, cleansing, and ongoing data quality initiatives.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely user support.
- Configure and maintain integrations with third-party applications.
- Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and best practices.
- Partner with leadership to drive adoption and maximize Salesforce platform value.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of Salesforce Administration experience.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201).
- Strong experience with:
- Salesforce Lightning Experience
- Flow Builder and Process Automation
- Reports and Dashboards
- User and Security Management
- Data Management and Data Loader
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience supporting sales and business operations teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced Administrator Certification.
- Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Familiarity with SOQL and Salesforce development concepts.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and API-connected applications.
- Experience with CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Revenue Operations tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field.
