Location: Covington, KY or Merrimack, NH – Onsite. Local candidates or those willing to relocate from day one are considered. You will need to pick up your laptop from the office on your first day.
Interview process: 30-minute manager interview followed by a 60-minute panel interview.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Analyst with hands-on Salesforce administration experience and a strong data analytics background. This role will partner closely with business and technology stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into system and data requirements, and deliver scalable, user-focused CRM solutions.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce data hygiene and governance, including duplicate and matching rules, validation rules, automation, data-quality metrics, root-cause analysis, and upstream/downstream system impacts. The role also involves analyzing large structured and semi-structured datasets, documenting solutions, developing data-driven recommendations, and collaborating with business users, technology teams, and leadership in an agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Administer Salesforce using declarative tools
- Contribute to large-scale Salesforce data hygiene initiatives
- Analyze large datasets and relational databases
- Ensure Salesforce data quality, governance, and management
- Develop and maintain data-driven solutions and recommendations

- Document solutions and system/data requirements
Requirements
- Salesforce Administrator experience
- Hands-on experience administering Salesforce using declarative tools
- Experience contributing to large-scale Salesforce data hygiene initiatives
- Strong data analytics experience, including working with large datasets
- Strong understanding of relational databases and data modeling
- Experience with Salesforce data quality, governance, and management
- Experience with SOQL, Salesforce Data Loader, and Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms
- Experience with ETL processes, data warehouses/lakes, and analytics platforms such as Power BI
