Salesforce Admin & Applications Manager

About the role

Responsible for managing Salesforce applications and ensuring data integrity across various departments. Oversee user access and security settings, perform regular audits, and provide technical support as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Salesforce configurations and integrations
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Provide training and support to end-users
• Perform regular system audits and report findings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce administration and application management
• Proficiency in Salesforce API and integration tools
• Strong understanding of data governance and security best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce CRM platform
• Knowledge of data modeling and database management
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical and organizational skills

Skills

• Proficient in Salesforce Platform
• Familiarity with SQL and other database technologies
• Experience with project management tools

Pay

• $80,000 - $90,000 annually

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
