Business Application Manager (Salesforce / Agentforce)

About the role

A growing organization in the staffing and workforce solutions space is looking for a full-time Business Applications Manager in Oak Brook, IL with a hybrid schedule. This role will focus on Salesforce Sales Cloud, CRM optimization, and AI-powered workflow automation across front-office systems.

Responsibilities

• Play a critical role in modernizing technology and aligning systems with business goals.
• Own the vision and execution of CRM strategy while helping an organization elevate how it uses AI and automation to drive results.
• Think strategically, influence stakeholders, and build scalable solutions that improve sales and recruiting performance.
• Gain exposure to executive leadership, lead impactful initiatives, and shape how AI is integrated into everyday business processes.

Requirements

• 7+ years working with Salesforce environments
• Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and CRM strategy
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as flows and workflows
• Experience working with sales or recruiting teams to improve processes
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading cross-functional projects

Qualifications

• Experience with Bullhorn or similar ATS/CRM platforms
• Desired: Experience with AI tools within Salesforce such as Agentforce or Einstein
• Desired: Salesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, or similar)
• Desired: Experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales-driven organizations
• Desired: Familiarity with reporting tools and analytics platforms
• Desired: Leadership or team management experience
