Pay

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Qualifications

Walmart offers competitive pay and performance-based incentive awards. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, along with strong customer service skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required. Applicants must be able to work flexible hours, including mid-shift and closing shifts, and must have reliable transportation to travel to the workplace.
