Pay

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Qualifications

Walmart offers competitive pay and performance-based incentive awards. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, along with strong communication skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous retail experience is preferred but not required.
