Sales Trainer

Responsibilities

• Host Virtual Sales training classes on a monthly basis for our Jacuzzi Bath Remodel locations across the nation.
• Assumes ownership of training the entire sales process to include; teaching soft skills, in home demonstrations, product knowledge and 'one-call-close'
• Conducts role-playing activities to develop sales skills (negotiation, overcoming objections, and closing sales)
• Uses technology to enhance and optimize the learning opportunity.
• Continually develops and enhances training materials.

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven Sales Training experience (training in one-call-close environments highly preferred!)
• Demonstrated sales success in the home improvement industry, preferably bathroom remodeling
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Excellent presentation skills in front of large groups

Pay

$76,000+ based on relevant experience
