Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand our customer base.
• Identifying new business opportunities and forging strong relationships with clients.

• Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics and suggesting improvements.
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
• Leading weekly sales meetings.
• Providing timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
• Liaising with the production team to ensure brand consistency and top quality products.
• Training and mentoring sales team members on best practices for improved performance.
• Leading and motivating a team of sales professionals to exceed goals and deliver exceptional service.
