Responsibilities

- Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics and suggesting improvements.
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Leading weekly sales meetings.
- Providing timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
- Liaising with the production team to ensure brand consistency and top quality products.
- Training and mentoring sales team members on best practices for improved performance.
- Leading and motivating a team of sales professionals to exceed goals and deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the signage or related industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
