Our Fine Wine & Good Spirits (FW&GS) Store in Narberth is looking for a Full-Time Sales Team Lead (Liquor Store Clerk 2).

Responsibilities

• Shift Leadership: Oversee and participate in tasks to ensure smooth store operations
• Customer Support: Help shoppers find what they need and resolve issues promptly
• Sales Transactions: Complete sales with a computerized cash register and comply with all legal guidelines for the sale of alcohol
• Business Operations: Complete shift reports including accounting and inventory management, and address cash management issues
• Store Readiness: Unload shipments, stock shelves, build displays, and maintain store cleanliness
• Teamwork: Help train clerks to reinforce store procedures and expectations; work in collaboration with the FW&GS management team

Requirements

• Must meet the PA residency requirement (see PA residency information for ways to satisfy)
• Must be able to perform essential job functions
• Must pass a background investigation
• Applicants with a felony conviction within the last ten years of prospective employment are not permitted to work for the PLCB (per Pennsylvania Liquor Code §210(c)); other criminal convictions reviewed case‑by‑case

Qualifications

• Six months of experience as a Liquor Store Clerk 1 or Intermittent Liquor Store Clerk (Commonwealth or equivalent Federal Government job titles)
• Or six months of retail sales work
