The Retail Team Lead is a part-time position focused on delivering comprehensive solutions to customers through products, technology, services, furniture, and print offerings. They build strong customer relationships, support sales initiatives, and foster a customer-centric environment aligned with core company values.

Responsibilities

• Drive print sales and ensure efficient print service operations.
• Process merchandise accurately, uphold visual standards, and implement process improvements.
• Enhance customer satisfaction through engagement, coaching, and community outreach.
• Perform external key carrier duties, including opening/closing the store and ensuring security.
• Support loss prevention, cash handling, and store safety procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of sales or customer service experience.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with POS systems.
