Role Overview The Retail Team Lead is a part-time position focused on delivering comprehensive solutions to customers through products, technology, services, furniture, and print offerings. They build strong customer relationships, support sales initiatives, and foster a customer-centric environment aligned with core company values. Key Responsibilities Drive print sales and ensure efficient print service operations.Process merchandise accurately, uphold visual standards, and implement process improvements.Enhance customer satisfaction through engagement, coaching, and community outreach.Perform external key carrier duties, including opening/closing the store and ensuring security.Support loss prevention, cash handling, and store safety procedures. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent preferred.1-3 years of sales or customer service experience.Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with POS systems.Strong selling, communication, interpersonal, and troubleshooting skills.Integrity, accountability, adaptability, and a results-driven attitude.
