Sales Support Representative I, Temporary (2-6 Months)

About the role

HME is seeking a Sales Support Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is hybrid, working onsite on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, and remotely on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Responsibilities

• Process customer phone, faxed, email, and internet orders, enter into ERP system, and file orders.
• Process quotes from Inside Sales and sales orders from Outside Sales.
• Verify sales orders for accuracy.
• Process assigned territory Dealer orders by receiving, reviewing for accuracy, confirming complete end user information, and entering in ERP system.
• Create Cloud accounts on website and in ERP.
• Pull emails from the Sales Support Inbox throughout the day, ensuring no emails remain at the end of the day.
• Stay on queue when arriving to work and through the workday while at desk.
• Answer incoming calls for HME product pricing, availability of equipment, status of orders, etc.
• Determine correct HME part number required by customer based on description.
• Notify Regional Sales Manager or Inside Sales Representative of any immediate purchase needs of customer.
• Write up customer orders.
• Aid customers through Live Chat with purchase inquiries.
• Check voicemail twice daily and return customer calls.
• Back up other Sales Support Representatives in their absence.
• Provide support to Regional Sales Managers and Inside Sales Representatives in completing internal documentation for ordering of products by customer.

Pay

The pay range for this role is $18.00-$23.32/hour. This may vary based on experience and other factors.
