Sales Support Representative - Commercial

About the role

Ferguson is seeking motivated Sales Support Representatives to join their team. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of various industries through exceptional customer service and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assists in multiple behind-the-scenes sales functions such as answering sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions, and helping customers by recommending the best products and solutions to support their needs.
• Provides hands-on assistance on an as-needed basis such as helping assist customers on the parts counter and providing backup support in the warehouse.
• Presents job quotes and provides accurate pricing and inventory information to customers.
• Uses customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system effectively.
• Works together with Sales associates to provide outstanding customer service for both existing and prospective customers.

Requirements

• 0-3 years sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Plumbing and/or HVAC industry experience is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

• A drive to act and respond quickly to customer needs and make decisions in a timely manner.
• A general digital literacy including Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Pay

The starting wage for this role ranges from $21.51 to $34.39 per hour, with the possibility of bonuses or incentives. The exact starting wage may vary based on location and local or state wage requirements.

Schedule

M-F 8:30am - 5pm plus one Saturday per month from 7:30am - 12pm.
