Sales Support Representative
About the role
Pacific Diagnostics Laboratories seeks a Sales Support Representative for their PDL Sales department.
Responsibilities
- Processes the day-to-day activities that support the sales team in managing existing clients and establishing new clients.
- Provides excellent support to the sales team through new account set-ups, pricing requests, requisition requests, billing issue resolution, database management, sales reports, client supplies requests, and marketing materials.
- Ensures the Sales Support department meets its goals and objectives as established by PDL management.
Qualifications
- Education: Minimum: AA degree or equivalent work experience using the standard of 2 years' experience equals one year of education. Preferred: Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree.
- Years of Related Work Experience: Minimum: 1 year of sales support experience or 2 years of client service experience. Preferred: 2 or more years of sales support experience.
- Experience working with hospital based outreach programs.
- Previous client services or sales experience a plus.
- Experience in a laboratory setting or other health care environment.

Pay for non-physician positions is determined based on related years of experience and internal equity. Eligible employees may also receive additional forms of compensation, including shift differentials, on-call pay, incentive pay, and bonus opportunities, where applicable.
Manager and above positions may participate in Cottage Health’s annual management incentive program.
Physician compensation is determined based upon specialty and may include bonus potential.
