Sales Support Rep Part-Time

As a part-time Sales Support Representative, you will deliver world-class service to every guest by supporting the sales process and sharing product knowledge. Responsibilities

• Work alongside peers and store leaders to support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and customer queue triage during heavy traffic periods.
• Take the lead on merchandising, store cleanliness, and operational functions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction to ensure each visit is positive and memorable.
• Conduct thorough account reviews to understand guest needs and present thoughtful product and service recommendations.
• Be a passionate guest advocate, connecting authentically and having fun while doing it.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what customers need.
• Create personal connections with guests to simplify technology.
• Support a fast-paced store environment by assisting with guest interactions, account reviews, and customer follow-through.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or service environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 10 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Training

• All Sales Support Representatives must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 30 days of their official start date. This class may include overnight travel at the company’s expense.
• Various online and computer-based training will be required throughout employment with Victra.

Pay

This position starts at $12.00 per hour.

Schedule

Sales Support Representatives work a flexible schedule ranging from 8 to 25 hours per week.
