Responsibilities
- Work alongside peers and store leaders to support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and customer queue triage during heavy traffic periods.
- Take the lead on merchandising, store cleanliness, and operational functions.
- Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction, ensuring each visit is a positive and memorable experience.
- Conduct thorough account reviews to understand guest needs and present thoughtful product and service recommendations.
- Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun.
- Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what customers need.
- Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
- Support a fast-paced store environment by assisting the team with guest interactions, account reviews, and customer follow-through.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or service environment.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 10 pounds.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Training Requirements
- All Sales Support Representatives must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 30 days of their official start date. This class may include overnight travel at the company's expense.
- Various online and computer-based training will be required throughout your employment with Victra.

Pay
This position starts at $11.50 per hour.
Schedule
Sales Support Representatives work a flexible schedule ranging from 8 to 25 hours per week.
