Sales Support Rep Part-Time

About the role

As a part-time Victra Sales Support Representative, you'll shape your career in one of our retail stores. Using your passion for technology and customer service skills, you will create the ultimate in-store experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside peers and store leaders to support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and customer queue triage during heavy traffic periods.
• Take the lead on merchandising, store cleanliness, and operational functions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction, ensuring each visit is positive and memorable.
• Conduct thorough account reviews to understand guest needs and present thoughtful product and service recommendations.
• Be a passionate guest advocate, creating personal connections to make technology simple and enjoyable.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service.
• Support the team with guest interactions, account reviews, and customer follow-through.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or service environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 10 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Training Requirements

• Attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 30 days of your official start date (may include overnight travel at the company's expense).
• Complete various online and computer-based training throughout your employment with Victra.

Pay

This position starts at $16.00 per hour.

Schedule

Flexible schedule ranging from 8 to 25 hours per week.
