Impact

Plans and implements projects that support the sales organization. Assists sales organization in providing technical and administrative product information. Works with market research team to ensure market analysis data is used for quoting customer prices. Prepares the distribution of accounts to the Sales Representatives and updates the automated tracking system, such as CRM. Coordinates with Sales Representatives to provide sales documentation and satisfy customer requirements.

Responsibilities

Provide program leadership for a multi-year, outcome-based partnership to increase wafer output for constraint workstations. Serving as the single Lam owner across all customer sites, you will focus on execution, resource coordination, technical reviews, and results validation. Specific duties include:

  • Provide program oversight, governance, and customer interface through monthly reviews and quarterly executive check-ins.
  • Maintain global tracking, ensuring clear ownership and deliverables while providing dotted-line guidance and direction to regional managers to ensure consistency.
  • Establish the methodology for determining baseline performance including RPT and SDU, manage project scope and scope adjustments, and develop the expertise to define how value is calculated and validated.
  • Work closely with CSBG to align on commercial billing and be accountable for providing details on program performance.
  • Serve as the escalation point for internal, CSBG, and customer concerns and resolution.

Requirements

Typically requires a minimum of:

  • 15 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or
  • 12 years and a Master’s degree; or
  • A PhD with 8 years experience; or
  • Equivalent experience.

Work Category: Onsite Flex (3 days in office)

Travel: 40%
