Sales Support Lead Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

  • Work closely with inventory teams to communicate on stock levels, backorders, and product availability.
  • Handle and submit customer purchase orders to ensure timely preparation for shipment and delivery.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by monitoring and addressing customer issues and discrepancies, submitting forms to accounting for processing.
  • Improve customer service experience by gathering feedback and implementing established processes.
  • Handle incoming customer calls promptly and professionally, assisting with inquiries, order placement, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Initiate outbound calls for follow-up, order confirmation, and issue resolution, ensuring a proactive approach to customer service.
  • Prepare and send customer quotes in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring all necessary information is provided for decision-making.
  • Collaborate with buyers and inventory teams to research and manage purchase orders, ensuring alignment with customer needs and stock availability.
  • Research and submit product usage reports as required by customers, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
  • Serve as a liaison between customer and the warehouse, addressing operational issues, order discrepancies, and logistical concerns.
  • Track shipments, update customers on order status, and work with trucking partners to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or logistics coordination is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, ERP software, and basic office applications (MS Office Suite).
  • Experience with order management or warehouse systems is a plus.
